Task Force on the Arizona Tax Court Rules of Practice
The Task Force on the Arizona Tax Court Rules of Practice (TCR) was established by Administrative Order No. 2024-87 to review a revised restyling of the Tax Court Rules of Practice. The Order also directs the Task Force to assure that the revise restyling conforms with restyling conventions used in other recent rule restyling project and to propose additional changes to the rules that would improve current practices. The Task Force will file a supplemental rule petition that sets out the recommendations.
