Pursuant to the Arizona Revised Statutes § 12-3201, the presiding judge of a superior court or designee may designate a pro se litigant a vexatious litigant in a noncriminal case. Since the public, parties, and attorneys may have a need for this information, it is desirable to make this information publicly available because a litigant who is designated a vexatious litigant is prohibited from filing certain documents without prior leave of the court. To this end, and in accordance with Arizona Supreme Court Administrative Order 2020-171, orders that designate a superior court pro se litigant as a vexatious litigant and prevent the litigant from initiating new cases must be posted on the judicial branch website.
