    Would amend Supreme Court Rule 45(a) relating to CLE requirements under the Supreme Court's authority to regulate the practice of law and in light of the enactment of SB 1214 (Laws 2024, Ch. 9) during the Second Regular Session of the 56th Legislature.

    Would amend Rule 45(a) of the Rules of the Supreme Court of Arizona to implement a recent statute providing that continuing education credit by a State Bar member for state agency licensing renewal may be applied to the member’s annual CLE requirement if certain conditions are met.

    Comments due no later than October 1, 2024, and any reply due no later than October 15, 2024.
