    Would amend:
    - Supreme Court Rule 123(e)(10), Civil Rule 47(b), and Criminal Rule 18.3(b) to implement Senate Bill (SB) 1673 from the 2024 Second Regular Session of the Fifty-sixth Legislature;
    - Criminal Rules 29.1(b) and 41, Forms 6 and 21 to implement House Bill (HB) 2623 and HB 2665 from the 2024 Second Regular Session of the Fifty-sixth Legislature;
    - Criminal Rules 36.1(b) and (f) and 41, Form 23(a) to implement Senate Bill (SB) 1639 from the 2024 Second Regular Session of the Fifty-sixth Legislature;
    - Criminal Rule 26.13 to reflect the Supreme Court's adoption of the procedural requirements in its State v. Perez-Gutierrez (2024) opinion; and
    - Criminal Rules 26.11(a), 31.5(a), 35.1, and 41, Forms 7, 31(a), and 31(b) to make technical corrections.

    Would amend various rules of the Rules of Criminal Procedure, along with several other rules, to implement recent legislation and the Court’s decision in State v. Perez-Gutierrez.

    Comments due no later than October 1, 2024, and any reply due no later than October 15, 2024.
