The formal hearings are composed of the Hearing Panel (“Panel”) which includes a public member and an attorney member and the Honorable William J. O’Neil, Presiding Disciplinary Judge. The formal hearings are set by the Presiding Disciplinary Judge within 150 days from the date the Complaint was filed. The hearings are held in the State Courts Building, 1501 W. Washington, Court of Appeals, Courtroom 2, Phoenix, Arizona. Please note that the formal hearing for Thomas, Aubuchon & Alexander will be held in the Supreme Court Courtroom, 4th Floor of the State Courts Building.
