Completion of the Arizona Supreme Court Course on Arizona Law is a requirement pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 34(b)1.F for applicants of Admission on Uniform Bar Exam (testing in Arizona or transfer) and Supreme Court Rule 34(f)1.H for applicants of Admission on Motion.
The course highlights areas of law specific to Arizona, providing applicants a base of knowledge common to the practice of law in Arizona. Topics include Civil Procedure, Torts, Contracts, Criminal Procedure, Family Law, Real Property, Professional Responsibility and Constitutional Law. The course includes approximately six hours of video instruction along with supplemental materials and knowledge checks.
Online sessions are open enrollment and do not have a time or seat limitation.

After registering, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided. You must click on the link and enter the confirmation number from your email to activate your registration.
Once your login and password are activated, you can begin the course of study, proceeding at your own pace. You must begin the program by opening the "User's Guide" and the “Certificate of Authenticity” followed by the first video program “Arizona Constitution and Courts.” Other curriculum modules may be taken in any order, but you must conclude by completing the “Closing Remarks” module.
