On November 04, 2015, the Steering Committee on Arizona Appellate Case Processing Standards was established by Administrative Order No. 2015-90. The Committee is charged with reviewing the National Time Standards for State Appellate Courts and developing and recommending case processing standards for both the Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of Arizona.The committee is scheduled to make its final recommendations in the spring of 2016. The Committee is asking for your opinion on whether the national standards outlined below should be adopted for Arizona.
