There are multiple ways to contact the Clerk of the Court.
In person: We are located on the second floor of the State Courts Building, 1501 West Washington, Phoenix. Please note that the court’s entrance is on Jefferson, which is one block south of Washington and runs one way from west to east. Parking is in front of this entrance, if that lot is full you may park in the lot across the street. After passing through security, turn left into the hallway. The clerk’s office is through the first door on the left.
