The National Center for State Courts created “CourTools” as a mechanism for courts to track and improve performance. The Court of Appeals is proud to be among the few appellate courts in the country to use CourTools to track the court’s performance annually. The Court uses four CourTool measures on a fiscal year (“FY”) basis. The court’s results are accessible via the following links.
