Division One issues merit-based decisions in the form of opinions and memorandum decisions. The opinions are published by Thomson West and by court rule may be used as persuasive authority in future cases. Memorandum decisions explain the court’s reasoning but by rule may not be used as authority in unrelated cases. The links below segregate the court’s decisions by case type.
