The court decides cases in three-judge panels that change composition every four months. The Chief Judge is responsible for creating the panels through organizational orders. The composition of the panel will vary, however, when judges have conflicts with specific cases or dates. Additionally, in July and August the composition of the panels will change. Parties and counsel should confirm panel assignments by consulting the court’s calendar or docket or by contacting the court clerk’s office (602-542-4821) during the week prior to the scheduled date for case consideration.
