Effective May 1, 2011, ALL CIVIL FILINGS (other than case initiation documents) in Maricopa County Superior Court must be electronically filed using AZTurboCourt, a web application.
The Administrative Office of the Courts is offering FREE TRAINING.

Gila County Intelligent Print Forms
Gila County now has Intelligent Print Form services available for Globe Regional Justice Court and Payson Regional Justice Court. This allows those filing small claims, civil lawsuits (up to $10,000) and eviction action pleadings the ability to use the AZTurboCourt questionnaire for accurately formatted documents and filing assistance that the filer then mails or delivers to the court.
Printable forms are now available for small claims, eviction actions, and civil cases under $10,000 in the following courts:
Cochise County Justice Courts
Coconino County Justice Courts
Gila County Justice Courts
Maricopa County Justice Courts
Pima County Justice Courts
Pinal County Justice Courts
