  • A total of 24,822 petitions were filed in FY 2010, a 8.7% decrease from the 27,195 petitions filed in FY 2009.
     
  • A total of 23,991 petitions were terminated in FY 2010, a 9.7% decrease from the 26,566 terminated in FY 2009.
